REGISTRATION

To get a registration at www.ugoman.eu you need to enter the following personal details: your names, email address, telephone number and mailing address. You need to be registered in order to confirm your order and its delivery. You can decide to give the address of an Econt office as your mailing address. By ticking the box next to ‘I agree with the General Terms and Conditions’ you are submitting an online request within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Signature Act, whereby you agree that you have read and understand these General Terms and Conditions.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

All data and information that you submit when you make an order or you register for this website will only be used for the processing and delivery of your orders. They can also be used for advertising purposes, such as subscription to our newsletter, but only with your explicit consent. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties, except for the courier service which will make the delivery of the products. You can change any registration data in your user profile. You may delete your account by emailing us at ugoman@abv.bg or by calling +359 897 777 768 / +359 896 813 344. By using our online store, you give your explicit consent for the collection and processing of your data by www.ugoman.eu.

COMPLAINTS AND REPLACEMENT

COMPLAINTS

The www.ugoman.eu online store guarantees to its customers that they can return any product within 14 days from its delivery provided that the product has not been used and that it is clean and free of smells (such as creams or perfume), and it is in its original box, with the original label and receipt (received with the specifications of the order). The product should be sent to the following address:

ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:

Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt received with the delivery. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the complaint will be ignored. All postal costs related to the complaint will be covered by the customer. Customers are not authorised to return products with refund upon delivery. When a customer makes a complaint, they get a refund on the returned product in compliance with the order, and all costs incurred in the first order are recalculated, and all postal costs are subtracted from the refund. Upon receiving the returned product (which you will be informed of by e-mail) we will refund you within 7 business days. The sum of money will be transferred to the bank account whose number you specify in the form supplied by the courier service. The products which cannot be returned or are not subject to complaint (for example, if they are sent back after the end of the specified term; or they are not accompanied by a receipt and a return form, or if the box is missing, or the product is dirty) will be sent back to the customer and the costs will be covered by the latter. Complaints referring to damages which occurred during transportation will only be considered if there is a complaint report drawn up in the presence of the courier. Returned products damaged during transportation due to improper packaging will be sent back to the customer and the customer will cover all shipping costs. Please, remember to pack the products properly so that you can make sure that the returned products will arrive intact. RETURNS

If you wish to replace a product with another one, please contact us by calling +359 897 777 768 / +359 896 813 344 to get information about exactly what.should be done to replace the product. If the size of the ordered and delivered product is not right, the customer can replace the product within 14 days from its delivery provided that the product has not been used and that it is clean and free of smells (such as creams and perfumes), and it is in its original box, with the text on it. The product must be packed appropriately for shipping and sent to the following address: :

The returned product must be accompanied by:

Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt sent with the delivery.

If these conditions are not fulfilled, the replacement will not be completed. You will cover the shipping costs for the transportation of the product back to us, and we will take care of the delivery of the replacement product.
